On Saturday,
September 16, more than 30 volunteers from Fifth Third Bank offices and
branches throughout Cincinnati came to lend a hand in preparing for the
Sunflower Festival!
True to Gorman
Heritage Farm tradition, we gave them a job that most of them had never
done before!
They cut,
carried and bundled corn stalks from the feed corn field ...
The result: a
completed corn maze, as well as over one hundred "corn shocks" (bundles of
stalks) available for sale through the fall!
